Cadence Architecture is continuing to grow our national footprint. We now hold architectural licenses in 9 states. We have added licenses in Florida and Texas. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work in all of these beautiful states.

10/2023 - CADENCE ARCHITECURE WORKING HARD IN HOPEWELL

Cadence Architecture is continuing to grow our local footprint. We got to meet with the Secretary of Commerce and Trade, Caren Merrick and the Mayor of Hopewell, Johnny Partin and discuss the growth that will be happening in Hopewell, VA. We are so excited to be a part of the changes that are happening in Hopewell. We have been recladding of an old existing building and designing new construction.

10/19/22 - CADENCE ARCHITECURE TAKES ON A NATIONAL PRESENCE

Cadence Architecture is continuing to grow our national footprint. We now hold architectural licenses in 7 states. This came as the result of serving the needs of one of our corporate retailers, and we now currently hold licenses in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Oklahoma, Nevada, and Nebraska. But we are not stopping there, in our pipeline we are working on Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, and California. So if you are a Corporations with a national portfolio, or a local business that would like the benefit of a national vision, we are here to help.

10/06/22 - CARMAX FALL FESTIVAL HOSTED IN OUR PAVILLION

CarMax is consistently known as one of Americas best places to work and this year they stepped it up a notch. The annual Home Office Fall Festival was hosted this year in their brand new picnic pavilion designed by Cadence Architecture. This 6000sf structure is built into the hillside with benched seating and a large area for picnic tables. It’s a beautiful addition to their corporate office here in Richmond, VA. Thank you CarMax for letting us be a part of this project.

09/20/22 - BRIAN MASLYK TO PARTICIPATE IN A PANEL DISCUSSION AT THE AIA CONFERENCE IN RICHMOND, VA

Having a passion to assisting our residential customers find new an innovative solutions to meet their changing needs we have developed quite an interest in Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU’s). Combining our experience in Planning (AICP Certified Planners) and Architecture (AIA) we are perfectly positioned to see this issue from all the angles. And this experience is getting noticed. Brian Maslyk was just invited to participate at the AIA Architecture Exchange East conference in Richmond Virginia where we will be discussion appropriate density in residential design. 06/21/22 - BYERLEY MEYERS JOINS THE PROFESSIONAL WOMEN IN BUILDING COUNCIL

Expanding on her passion to promote and celebrate the strengths women bring to the profession, Byerly Meyers joined the newly formed Professional Women in Building Council for the Richmond Homebuilders Association. Having over 20 years of professional experience and coaching she will certainly be a great asset to this organization. 06/15/22 - WELCOME SARAH REICHERT AND INTERIOR DESIGN!

Cadence Architecture is continuing to grow with the addition of Sarah Reichert. Sarah is a Certified Interior Designer and graduate of Virginia Tech. She has a real talent for interior design and brings new insights to our collaborative process. We are thrilled to have her on the team.

Amanda Maslyk had the opportunity to collaborate with women business leaders from all over the state and Governor Younkin at Southern Kitchen in Jackson Ward, This Q&A session was designed to help the Governor listen to the concerns of business leaders.
